Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your piece. If you're not completely happy:
• Return within 14 days of delivery — items must be unused, original tags attached, and in the same condition you received them
• Your responsibility to pay return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described
• Once we receive and check your item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method
• Sale items: All sales are final unless faulty
